- Food too rich in protein. Realise that the newborn will grow an amazing way in a few months, while drinking only breast milk that contains only 6% protein. Then follow the example of our childhood, and prefer low protein protein foods. Many vegetables contain this protein percentage, indicating that they are our basic healthy food.
- Too fat foods. Fats are essential for building many parts of our bodies, and to fight against the cold and against times of scarcity, but in excess they only disturb the proper functioning of our body. The naturally high fat foods are scarce and seasonal, and therefore provided to only supplement our diet, not to be part of daily diet in these huge quanités found in fried foods or in baked goods or candy bars. Too much fat prevents our cells to recognise sugars and makes them develop insulin resistance, diabetes.
- Foods too rich in refined or artificial sugars. Our organism works mainly on energy from sugar, but only if it is natural, that is, from what nature produces. The refined sugar is devoid of all the micronutrients that are produced with it by fruit trees and plants and vegetables. It is therefore not properly assimilated by our body.
