Epitalon to repair and protect eyesight against aging!
Here is an excerpt of a book in French on the essential melatonin, which lists the many benefits of melatonin already discovered by scientists.
Whereas Epitalon repairs the pineal gland, and it triggers the natural production of melatonin daily (which is why most people take their Epitalon just before going to sleep), this book provides many explanations for why many people taking Epitalon show a return of perfect vision, and may even stop wearing glasses. This is the case of Dr Hertoghe and Jules Tresor.

MANDATORY MELATONINE, by Brigitte Karleskind, selected extract:
Against macular degeneration related to age.
The retina contains a high concentration of melatonin, because she secrets some by itself, but also because melatonin secreted by the pineal gland and circulating in the blood penetrates it easily.
Free radicals and oxidative stress are involved in the development of macular degeneration associated with age. Through its antioxidant and destructive effects of free radicals, melatonin benefits might include protecting the retina from free radical attack and thus help to prevent or delay the development of macular degeneration related to age.
Melatonin may prevent this degradation process in two ways:
– First, it is able to neutralize free radicals and protect the retinal pigment epithelium from damage they may cause.
– It then controls the pigmentation of the eye and thus helps to regulate the amount of light reaching the photoreceptors and thus limit the formation of free radicals.
If you are among those at risk for AMD (ageing, smoking, high blood pressure, clear eyes, frequent outdoor work, family history of AMD), you can try to mitigate this risk by improving your natural secretion of melatonin …

Here are the contents of the fourth part of this book:

Other avenues of research
This little book offers well organized numerous explanations and quotes scientific studies that have shown the importance of a good production of melatonin to stay healthy, especially in the fight against aging.
Unfortunately our pineal gland is weakened and decreases its production of melatonin as soon as in teenage years, and ends up being completely calcified, leading to the shortening of our nights of sleep over the years, to get to wake up every day before dawn when we reached an advanced age.
Yet sleep is very important to repair our bodies and treat and dispose of waste that has been produced by our cells daily.
Getting quality sleep is a key strength in the struggle for good health and against aging. Being physically active every day, eating and drinking healthily and going to bed early are elements that will help to bring us a good night’s sleep, but there always comes a time in life when we need to add nutritional supplements to fight against the advance of aging.
Our bodies have been developed to live a few decades at most 120 years, so we will have to make efforts to enable us to overcome these limits of today, and also to live these many additional years in good health and joy of having a body that feels and is YOUNG!
We can hope that the science of genetics will allow us, in a few decades from now, to live indefinitely by changing our DNA code, copying certain “immortal” animals, but for now we must find a solution to wait until this GENETIC ERA as arrived!
Lengthening the telomeres in our cells is now the greatest discovery ever made, because it prolongs the life of each cell allowing it to reproduce indefinitely and without duplication errors.
We can limit the premature destruction of our telomeres but we can not extend them at will. Or rather we could not, because since the discovery of this limit due to our telomeres, many researchers have invested their time to find a solution.
They made the assumption that there must be a way to stimulate the production of long telomeres in cells, to overcome this deadly biological limit.
# Thousands of products and substances have been tested around the world and in recent decades, and one product has met these conditions over multiple laboratory and human studies in real life conditions.
It is Epitalon, the only substance that is actually scientifically proven as lengthening the telomeres of human cells.
Many products are sold as telomerase activators, but only one really works and has been proven in multiple independent studies, and this is Epitalon.
There is no other product for which there is scientific evidence of its positive activity on telomeres. Ask the sellers of products such as TA-65 or Astragaloside to provide you even a single published scientific evidence, and you will find that they do not have any.
They sell you wind of hope, but nothing works. By cons you can read for yourself the dozens of scientific studies published internationally on Epitalon.
Base your purchase on the science that proves the effect of the product and chose a qualified manufacturer that offers the best quality possible, and so you make a good purchase.
The choice is simple for those who want to extend their life and enable their cells to replicate continuously without fault, take Epitalon!
In addition, Epitalon not only lengthen our telomeres, it also regulates many functions of our body, such as hormonal and immune functions. Many people feel very fast improvements in many areas.
Many studies also confirm the incredible effects of Epitalon on various health problems. We will make a more detailed list soon, stay tuned.
So spread the word, ” Aging is not a fatality , it can be reversed ! “
# Melatonin under the eyes of scientists since 60 years !
Even Wikipedia , well known for not talking about working cures that would reduce drugs sales, can’t retain to say good things about melatonin :
“Many biological effects of melatonin are produced through activation of melatonin receptors, while others are due to its role as a pervasive and powerful antioxidant, with a particular role in the protection of nuclear and mitochondrial DNA.”
“Melatonin has been identified in many plants including feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium), St John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum), rice, corn, tomato, grape and other edible fruits.”
“Production of melatonin by the pineal gland is inhibited by light to the retina and permitted by darkness.”
“Besides its function as synchronizer of the biological clock, melatonin is a powerful free-radical scavenger and wide-spectrum antioxidant as discovered in 1993.”
“Melatonin is an antioxidant that can easily cross cell membranes and the blood–brain barrier.”
“Melatonin works with other antioxidants to improve the overall effectiveness of each antioxidant. Melatonin has been proven to be twice as active as vitamin E, believed to be the most effective lipophilic antioxidant.”
“An important characteristic of melatonin that distinguishes it from other classic radical scavengers is that its metabolites are also scavengers in what is referred to as the cascade reaction.”
“While it is known that melatonin interacts with the immune system, the details of those interactions are unclear.”
“In rheumatoid arthritis patients, melatonin production has been found increased when compared to age-matched healthy controls.”
“Some supplemental melatonin users report an increase in vivid dreaming. Extremely high doses of melatonin (50 mg) dramatically increased REM sleep time and dream activity in people both with and without narcolepsy.”
“Melatonin improves sleep in people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders (ASD).”
“Research has supported the anti-aging properties of melatonin.”
“Some studies have shown that melatonin plays a crucial part in the aging process and that it may act as an anti-aging agent when administered to older mice.”
“It has been reported in one study that administration of melatonin in elderly mice may reverse this change in expression of some 13 genes, thus making them similar to those of younger mice.”
“When small amounts of melatonin were administered to lab mice, it reduced the oxidative damage caused by aging and delayed the inflammatory process, which in turn increased the longevity of the mice.”
“Melatonin has been studied as a potential treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, cancer, immune disorders, cardiovascular diseases, depression, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), circadian rhythm sleep disorders, sexual dysfunction and insomnia in the elderly.”
“Basic research indicates that melatonin may play a role in modulating the effects of drugs of abuse such as cocaine.”
“Melatonin is also a geroprotector.”
“A 2004 review found that melatonin significantly increased total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restriction.”
“Melatonin receptors appear to be important in mechanisms of learning and memory in mice, and melatonin can alter electrophysiological processes associated with memory, such as long-term potentiation (LTP).”
“The first published evidence that melatonin may be useful in Alzheimer’s disease was the demonstration that this neurohormone prevents neuronal death caused by exposure to the amyloid beta protein, a neurotoxic substance that accumulates in the brains of patients with the disorder.”
“Research shows that after melatonin is administered to ADHD patients on methylphenidate, the time needed to fall asleep is significantly reduced.”
“A systematic review of unblinded clinical trials involving a total of 643 cancer patients using melatonin found a reduced incidence of death”
“Melatonin presence in the gallbladder has many protective properties, such as converting cholesterol to bile, preventing oxidative stress, and increasing the mobility of gallstones from the gallbladder.”
“Both animal and human studies have shown melatonin to be potentially radioprotective. Moreover, it is a more efficient protector than amifostine, a commonly used agent for this purpose.”
It’s already almost 20.000 scientific studies in English concerning melatonin since 1958, which proves its importance for our health.
